Nah - the '4' in its title refers to the cylinders in its engine; same for the SRT-8 (which is a modified Dodge Ram) and the SRT-10 (modified Viper).

SRT stands for "Street Racing and Technology."

SRT is like Ford's SVT (Special Vehicle Team), and one could stretch and say it's similar to AMG, M, Audi S, etc.

Well man its not mine yet. Still need to save up some money and wait for my friend to get out basic training and tec school from the air force. The 2 of us are getting this bad boy when he gets out. Just have to wait till feb of 04. I just hope they still have a few 03 yellow ones left. I heard that the 04's will be over 20K.

please dont compare the mighty ///M to SRT or SVT. The ///M was born for racing. Not street, or selling cars. That is, the ///M of the early days. Now I dont know.

I think the term you are referring to is "torque steer". A progressive loss of feeling from the front wheels as you exit a corner. And the way the steering wheel will be steered by the power going to the wheels.

If you are trying to say the srt4 has little of the understeer other fwd cars have, okay. I dont know that "torque" has any meaning in that sentence though.

I can say that for hours. "You just got beat by a Neon" . Its pretty fast. Went to Richmond International Speedway a few days ago. Posted a little about it in the Automotive Forum...
