I don't like how rim size appears tire/aspect ratio to be not only inconsistent but also weirdly so between different models.

This Corvette looks great for example. These rims would be the largest ones I'd fit in real life before looking out of place:

I agree. Also, every new wheel has 5 bolts. Many of the cars have 3, 4, or 6 lugs, so these wheels theoretically wouldn't fit. It's not perfect, pehaps why PD originally left this feature out of used cars. It's better than nothing, obviously though!
