:lol: It's not that bad. It can't be too conspicuous because it can't interrupt dictation.
 
At the local imaging center they have a small chime that sounds every 10 minutes to prompt the radiologists to get up or change position so they don't sit in their diagnostic dungeons all day.
All sedentary workplaces should have such a chime!
Would probably save billions 20 years later when the workers will have otherwise have developed vascular insufficiency or thrombosis, etc.
 
The best compromise I've seen is to elevate the workstation and include a tall chair, so you can either sit or stand at the same station.

Hard to doze off on a stool during breaks, though. Naps are severely under-rated. Where's our study on naps? :D
