So 48's? Im just about to give the Audi a run before dinner then i hope to be on properly a bit later. Maybe test your lobby Orama:idea:

Ninners did you notice what speed your Honda was hitting before braking at the end of the straight?

I had a quick drive round in an Audi and did a .48...

Well, I think the new regulations have done some good to be fair.. Here's the results from Fuji Speedway GT...

2002 Mazda Familia Sedan Sprot: 1:43.932
1990 Nissan Primera 2.0Te: 1:44.123
1998 Alfa Romeo 156: 1:44.382
2001 Lexus IS300 Sport Cross: 1:44.411
1998 Audi S4: 1:44.415
2002 Honda Accord Euro-R: 1:44.582
2003 Volvo S60 T5 Sport: 1:44.909
2002 Toyota Corolla AeroTourer: 1:44.917

Well, at least they're all within one second of each other - which is a good thing...
Special thanks to @V8-Johnboy, @Roflwaffle, @Ninners and @raceorama123432 for joining this evenings test! 👍

Please note, I'm not going to be around much during the day tomorrow because I'm off to look at some cars - as well as go into town and do some shopping!

Mind if i give the Volvo a go around Fuji?💡 Can't help feel we've maybe added a little too much weight to that beast.:)

That's fine mate! It was pretty difficult to be fair as if I took it down to 1440 on Stage 3 - it'd be over a second faster (at Autumn Ring) because the weight at the back would make it very balanced in the corners!

Yeah understood wasn't it second slowest in your Ring test with the new spec? Maybe 1400 would be fairer but i'll compare it to my Lexus and Audi time's for Fuji at 1450 first.👍

Do teams have to run the same car or is it just a colour thing thats required?

It'd be useful if they ran the same car just to make my OCD not as severe! :P
But if there is two drivers who really want to partner up with two different car - there's nothing stopping you apart from one driver might have a slightly better car than the other!

Cars Remaining:

Alfa Romeo: 4/4
Audi: 3/4
Honda: 3/4
Lexus: 2/4
Nissan: 3/4
Mazda: 4/4
Toyota: 4/4
Volvo: 2/4

Number of Drivers That Have Selected Cars: 7 Drivers
Drivers Yet to Have Selected Cars: 8 Drivers
Number of Teams: 1 Team (1 Works Team)

So far, we have a Volvo Works Team (HTR Tuning).. And we potentially could have a Lexus Works Team as 2 drivers are now racing with the Lexus. A Works Honda Team is likely as there are several people interested in that car. Audi and Nissan also stand a chance of running a Works Team this Season...

I'm surprised nobody has gone with the 156 to be fair - as it's not a bad race car to be fair! The Mazda and Toyota are both probably understandable! :P

I've prepared a provisional calendar... We can make changes to most of the tracks but I'd like to keep Brands Hatch Indy in for Round 1 and 2 as well as Silverstone GP for R19, R20...

Season Calender *PROVISIONAL*
R1, R2: Brands Hatch Indy
R3, R4: Suzuka Circuit
R5, R6: Nurburgring GP/D
R7, R8: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
R9, R10: Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit
R11, R12: Fuji Speedway GT
R13, R14: Autodromo Nazionale Monza
R15, R16: Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
R17, R18: Willow Springs International Raceway: Streets of Willow Springs
R19, R20: Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit

Also, I've decided to change the Slipstream Setting from 'Real' to 'Weak'.. Seems to work better for these cars! 👍

I might change cars before the season starts, as far as I can tell i'm 1 second off the pace and I can't fix anything in terms of set-up, or maybe its my crappy driving
