You'll pretty much have to give LOTS of cars, LOTS of gear, or LOTS of tickets, paint chips, or horns, or even more due to the mass value of stealth cars. People buy these codes with REAL money, so you know it's valuable.

Just find a good buddy that has them and re-download them using your friends psn credentials.
