Stuck on grid / clutch issue?

Anyone else having problems getting stuck at the grid and the game acting like I've got the clutch or brake pressed? This has happened to me twice now.

Most recent scenario - Nations Cup, Civic Type R (EK) Touring Car, Suzuka
Kit - GT DD Pro, Handbrake, H-Shifter, loaded cell brake

Despite getting through practice and quals without issue, the standing start in the final acts like I've either got the clutch or brake pressed and can't roll off the grid. The H-Shifter and clutch aren't even recognised in this race (they are outside of the cup so I guess this is a rule setting).

Am I doing something really stupid?

Any chance you have a controller active too and the trigger is slightly (or fully) depressed if it's laid aside. Happened to me once as I leave a controller active to navigate menus faster. Are the brake meter or gear showing anything odd on screen?

I do sometimes leave the controller connected but it would usually be out of the way and not touched during the quals etc.
I'll see if I can find a cause next time it happens and I'm not disqualified due to not moving lol
