I always go to Vice Port and Find a Walton or Bobcat and shoot the roof once and sometimes driver of the car bails, sometimes he stats driving so ****ing fast I fall off. And what I hope will happen is that the car won't drive so fast that I fall off but The car would go a little faster than the others. (a little more aggressive) and I can go on a 5 star rampage from the bed of the truck.

👍 Exactly! I hate it too when the driver goes on a rampage of his own tearing through the road.

I know. Its fun. But when the police pop your tires the driver is stupid and sometimes kicks me out of the bed.

Whether you spend your money down or not is a question for someone else, but you can spend money faster at the downtown Ammunation (PSG-1 can be bought faster then any weapon at Phils since the ones at Phils have to respawn).

Make sure you practice in the Hunter before you do Brown Thunder and if you get to level 12 and they aren't spawning in a good spot, quit and restart it (you will save time in the long run)-- the best spot I've used is the dead end road by the junk yard. In front of sunshine autos isn't too bad either. I've never been able to get the spawning to lock in by the airport but I heard thats pretty good. Don't forget to clear your wanted level with bribes (3 on the west island are easily picked up from the air) unless you feel brave.

I got a 1723 rotation off the hyman, and then decided to do some brown thunder missions,and at mission 59 the dam game froze

I tried a wheelie on a ramp with the Angel but then I flew to the concrete flat on my face. It was still a good idea to do it the hard way though.

How is anyone here supposed to know what you are missing. ALso, where did the 99.8 come from. Completion is not expressed past the decimal point.
