Stupid GT Tricks -What have you done?

The kids were playing Dance Dance Revolution. I started to ponder. I wonder if you could play GT3 with the DDR Mat? I had to try it. It works! We tried a Mustang at the superspeedway and it had way more power than we could control but if you worked your way up from something like a Mini....

Wow, i had always dreamt of doing this, since last summer,
but then my friends ddr pad broke tghe day before i tried it.
i was half driving a stock AE86, the buttons were really glitchy so it was a no go. I am sure you could have a TON of fun with this idea, maybe even tape some objects to the mat to ad some ease of buttons.

Believe it or not, there's a thread buried back in the beginning of GT3 forum about this very topic. Some kid hooked up the Dance Dance Revolution mat and was actually able to race. But he had trouble with something, I forget what it was. I wanted to bump the thread ...it would be hard to find I bet now.
