Stuttering problems during race

Im experiencing severe stutter with any setting, my specs are i7 7700k gtx 1080 16GB Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4.
Did any of you have this problem? have any of you find a solution?

SOLVED: The problem where AVAST an AVG, I tested Avira and Kaspersky both work fine with this game.

Some found that disabling their anti-virus fixed it, others like me have no anti-virus and still have occasional stuttering.

Another solution suggested if your game is on an SSD is moving the game onto an HDD.

In my opinion nobody should have to use such 'solutions' but there it is. Don't expect these developers to ever offer a proper solution.

Possible it’s a windows10 update, Microsoft said latest update is killing gaming right now. Specially those that are graphic intensive.

BFV players are having hell with this one.

From another site:
It's an easy fix on windows 10, not sure about Windows 7. Go to Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, view installed updates, then look for "kb4482887" After removing the update and restarting, my BFV is back to running perfectly.
