We already got the Subaru 360, so why not add its van derivative? The cutest, smallest van in history. It will do a lap around the Nordschleife... Eventually. Maybe.

Years of production: 1966 - 1973;
Engine: 356 cc air-cooled two stroke engine (producing a whopping 25 hp!);
Transmission: 3 speed manual;
Curb weight: 535 kg;
Lenght: 2,995 mm;
Width: 1,295 mm.

And here's a couple of videos on the subject!

In all seriousness though, I feel like kei cars are an integral component of the Gran Turismo experience, and... It'd be great to have the most representative kei van of the 70s in the game. It'd be fun to park it next to a Typ 2 VW Transporter in Photomode and see how many times it could fit in.

As a Serious Tuner of Kei-Cars in GT6, this is one thing I would definitely support.:)👍

With all the suggested Muscle Cars and Supercars being posted, it's great to see those that also want more Kei-Cars.
Sure, I like Supercars and Muscle Cars as much as anyone else, but the Kei-Car is usually considered as a great starter car of choice for new players to get used to the games (even though GT6 made the Honda Fit RS as the only starter) and is a valuable component to the Gran Turismo franchise.

Besides, there are no other Subaru Kei-Cars in GT6 other than the classic 360. Adding the iconic Sambar Kei-Van to the game would be a welcome addition.
Also, being a lightweight RR (Rear Engined/Rear Wheel Drive) kei-car like the Subaru 360 it's based upon, this little van can be tuned easily to become a fun alternative to Shifter-Karts when Shifter-Karts are not welcome in lobbies.:D

I'm sorry, a van? Dude, a shopping kart could carry more people lol.

That was actually how Subaru called it. And it managed to fit five adults. I don't know, nor care to know, in what conditions. I suspect a lot of elbow rubbing was involved.

The next smallest "van" thing that I know of is the FIAT 600 Multipla, which was easily twice as large as the Sambar and still looks minuscule. But hey, I don't have to fit a family of six in that thing, so the smaller, the merrier.

Let me guess, I'm the driver and you hold me wake? :lol:

Exactly! I have a unique way to wake up the driver...Sit on the roof holding a fishing rod with a nice piece of kokoretsi in the hood hanging in front of the driver...:lol:
But always there is the chance to eat it my self...:D

After looking through the Wikipedia page for the Sambar, I now want all the pre-Diahatsu Sambars I can, they all look so fun!

Special note about the one on the right. Subaru advertised this minuscule 356cc van as having "herculean strength" :D
