I have been a little stuck trying to get through the World Classic Car Series in Professional Hall. The only candidate I had in my garage was the prize car Ginetta G4 ('64) I won from Beginner Hall. So I decided to build this car up to the gills and have it fast enough to compete with the AC car that leads all the races, but now the problem is keeping it on the road! I think it may be too quick for it's weight...and I'm having trouble setting the car up with the manual settings of the add-ons like brake controller, slip, suspension adjustments, etc. The killer is that it won't let me put on the racing tires it needs and race it. Please help me out anyone...I need to complete these races so I can get on the the Extreme Hall! Even a suggestion for me to get another car that will beat these races so I can at least move on???

Have you considered taking some of those mods off? As you said, when it's full to the brim, it's ruined – thus, only put on what it can handle. I was able to win the World Classic Series with the Ginetta by just installing a Stage 1 Turbo (and anybody can tell you that I'm far from a decent driver).

I used the ginetta with just a few mods (I'll look it up later and post them here). I took Traction Control off, but for Understeer/Oversteer aids, I only turned down. I'm still not use to GT4 and always over countersteer my slides. Plus the ginetta likes to oversteer and bounce off kerbs.

Hey thanks! I took your advice and it helped...who knew? Turning the traction control down would help the car's handling. And I just finished getting 50 pts. on these races because I think the game felt sorry for me, it traded the red AC car for a '63 vette that was much slower, so now I passed and I'm off to beat the last championship in Professional Hall. Thanks for your help guys, and I guess I can close this thread now...
