Whats a good lap time at susuka?

I ran about a dozen laps today with a best just under the 2:00 min mark. I dont think i ran more than 4 laps in a row without going off course. A top 8 finish this week would feel like a win to me.

I did some practice today and the best I could do was 1:57.789, and I am converting to manual shifting from here on out. I could not get below 2:00 with automatic so I tried out manual gears and with that you are able to upshift in the corners and not worry about wheelspin and all that. Can't believe I waited this long to use manual gears. I used the Lexus Bandai car for practice today.

I don't know what my best lap time is. During the preview race last week, I think I was hitting around the 1:57's like da Dogg was saying. That was using the Arta NSX.

well i just ran the full 45 laps test out my tune and i didnt hit as fast as time as posted but my best 1:58.626 (motul GTR) did the 45 laps in 1h35m24s two pit stops with an average 2min lap.. im sure i could pull the 1:57. time but i wanted to keep smooth laps see you guys in the pits.

Nice! The best lap I've gotten so far is 1:56.220 with the Lexus Bandai Direzza. Should be fun tonight trying to get the pole. Everyone from here feel free to add me because I practice for this series and others a lot, usually early mornings eastern time.

Man what a tough race last night for me. Very first lap right before the esses I was knocked off the track and went to dead last or close to it. I never got any rhythm going after that happened. I forgot to save the replay to see what exactly happened but at this point it doesn't matter. I finished 8th or 9th and that is way worse than what I was hoping for but at least I got some spots back. Had a good battle with ice for a long time until I went off track and away he went lol.
