i wanted to get a setting that is fast on acceleration and speed for the 0-400 meter run, now i am curently doing 10.9xx, but i would like to make that quicker. thanks

For 0-400m you want your gear ratios to be CLOSE. As long as your not hitting near your top speed and your rpm's are averaging at your peak, you should be fine. If you have things done right your supra should run a lot quicker than 10.9xx.
