Suspension setup question

Hi just needed to know if the racing suspension kit already comes set up ? I always fit it to my car but never really fiddle with it . Donno wether it's just best for me to buy the fixed sport kit instead of the fully customisable one as it come already lowered and stiffened ?

Theres no need to fidle with it if you are happy with the handling, but there are plenty of setups on here that are better than the default settings.

The racing suspension is better than the Fixed too, always install racing.
