A lot of American cars from the '60s haven't been suggested yet as far as I know.
Such as,

I love Ford Stangs. When I was new here I wanted t o suggest one, but pretty much all were suggested. The only one I could find that was not suggested was some 1960s concept that nobody ever heard of.

Looks identical to the 95 one in GT6
That rather depends on how closely you look - but it isn't identical.
and performance is exactly the same.
I'd suggest that, as a prototype car, performance is theoretical or at the least not actually measured.
Why does this need aspot in GT7?
Gran Turismo is part racing game, part car encyclopaedia. Every car belongs.

The question is why you've yet again got nearly half the posts in a thread about a car you haven't given a Like to.

honestly I think that if we did put it in one of the other two should be replaced
