Crack Smoking Monkeys are driving Infiniti's, Scaniabebe a Honda...

4 Audi
5 BMW
0 Ford
2 Honda (1 part time)
2 Infiniti
4 Mazda
1 Peugeot
0 VW.

Go ahead and pencil out another Honda. That's what I'll be using this season. Teammate, colors, and team name to follow soon. :)

Did some laps at Spa last night with the Civic...
Good time is probably about 2:35.0, and I got a good few in the 1:34s; so I think Honda will be able to put a good fight this season against Mazda, Audi, Ford, Peugeot and VW...

Well a minute faster isnt bad

Ahaha! I had to change the 1 for a 2 in the "2:35.0" one, and obviously did it again!

Still, it should say "2:34s"; which are still not bad, just not as impressive! :P

By the way, I wonder, if anyone else has seen this: Tried to configure the Peugeot as per the specs for testing, and it was a couple of hp over 305, so I apply power limiter, and the power jumps down from 312 to below 300 by putting the limiter to 99.9%. Basically I wasn't able to set it to 305.

Either that one car is broken in my installation/game-save, or the 207 in GT5 is in general.

No its like that for some reason same on mine.

Spa Test Results:

Vw: 2:30.5 the vw is as i have allways said an epic car to drive coupled with it still mad speed it's a very powerful force. Give it enough high speed straights and high speed bends and it's pretty much untouchable. Here atleast it seems to have no weakness, great traction, great cornering and supreame aceleration and top speed.. Top speed was 153mph. Vw too fast?
Scirroco

Mini: 2:31.0 the mini is best handling of all the cars and acelerates very fast but lacks a little top speed on some. It still comes together to make a very fast lap. Top speed 147mph.

Honda: 2:31.1 very fun to drive, takes a bit of wrestling to get the best from it but it rewards. Top speed 151mph.
CR-Z

Infiniti: 2:31.4 quite different to the bmw has alot more stabilty and grips nicely through all bends, does have smidge of understeer though but i love it. Top speed was 148mph. Personally don't think the ecu is needed.

Mazda: 2:31.5 the mazda as usual has great handling, such a joy to drive. Lacks a little top end speed but overall very quick. Top speed was 146mph.

Audi: 2:31.7 the Audi is on bloody rails here, it's grips everywhere and i can plant the power pretty much anywhere without running wide. The 31.7 came in a succession of 31.9, 31.8 then 31.7. Very consistant and easy to drive, in the wet it will be near impossible to keep up with. Top speed was 148mph.

Suzuki: 2:32.0 crazy little car, twitches around nearly every bend, threating to kill me but when i nailed a lap was pretty decent. I seem to be on top of it's horrendace understeer now. Top speed was 150mph.

BMW: 2:33.2 very fun to drive in the twisty sections, through le combes it sticks like glue. Still lacks straightline speed though and sadly still quite some bit off here... Top speed of 144mph with ecu.

Striked out all the ones that are now replaced. The Pug got a 2:31.4 when I tested it. The Golf hovered around 2:31.7s. Honda haven't tried but I'd expect mid 31s atleast, and the Ford maybe as low as flat 31s.

BMWs suck on ice here as we know but I think some got 32s out of it.. I hate it though :P.

What was your top speed in vw? It seems to suffer in mid range power.

Infiniti please.

I had every intention of testing but now I cannot be bothered, so instead I put the names of all of the cars in a hat, and picked one at random.

The Audi came out, but I don't like 4WD so I threw it in the bin.

Then I threw the hat in the bin too and just went for the Infiniti instead because I watched Toy Story the other night and it reminds me of Buzz Lightyear.

I just picked the Infiniti because Furi had it last season. I know for sure the Honda is faster than it, and I could probably make the Focus faster as well. No idea on the others though.

By the way I've the best ever Ford Focus tune ever ever. Ever.

Edit: won't be at the test btw(if there is one) Champions League is on and I've a tenner on Dortmund to win the tournament outright, so need Barcelona to lose tonight.:)

At the monza test where I won in one of the races I didn't tune my car so sometimes no tune is better than a tune

You won by doing enough divebombs to make a kamikaze squadron proud...
