Since the forum is literately flooded with those post, it should be easy for you to find 20 or more. (much more)

I would say Photon was partly sarcastic but primarily its a dig at the ones who do nothing but criticise the game, the developers and so on in a unconstructive way.
Basically people who DO take the fun away from people who actually love playing the game.

Though I completely see where @photonrider is coming from, I have to say all the anti-GT6 negativity doesn't affect my enjoyment of GT, just of GTPlanet.

I say users because the word "players" would imply they are playing, and playing is meant to be fun. These so called hardcore users don't seem to have much of it. Oh no! The difference between these two cars aren't exactly correct to their real life counterparts that I have never driven! I must register a complaint! What!? There's a detail this Silvia that isn't 100% accurate! I can't take this! I must keep using it and complain until they fix it!
I think they're the same sort of people who will shout at you with rigour because you jokingly said VTEC kicked in when driving something that doesn't have a VTEC (the nerve! What they said is factually incorrect, how could they do that!?). Or correct your grammar because it wasn't 100% perfect, or complain because a casual simulator allows you to drive a moon car on the moon (Madness!!). Or gasp! You don't know the difference between 4WD and AWD (What an idiot! They should go play Need for Speed! They're on a lower intellectual plane than us!)!

Once does not simply 'play' it, one roves all around the Forum (except the Feedback Forum) and scream and scream and scream oodles of constructive criticism that will eventually make the game what they want it to be and they will of course be responsible for having single-handedly been responsible for helping to create the greatest, 100% satisfying 'game' in the world.

We are supposed to be groaning about sounds that don't make our tweeters blush, and the intricacies of time-suspended camber, and the dastardly uncontrollable physics, and jaggies, and lack of every car in the world, and the waste of space on the Hadley Rille, and everything else that is preventing us from being the next Jack Brabham with a girl on either arm and a bottle of bubbly.
Playing with the AI? How childish! Whoever heard of such a thing, playing this game instead of hanging around here at GTPlanet bitching about this 🤬 that robbed us of $60.00, and gave us nothing for it. Hear that, PD? We hate you. Don't talk to us!

There are people loving this game. And who actually enjoy playing it. Millions of them. All over the world. And who enjoy sharing that fun with fellow players - because happiness shared is happiness multiplied.
And joining each other at a fan site reputed to attract aficionados of the game for that purpose only takes that fun to a higher level.
These players enjoy just looking at the cars, talking about them, toying with them, tinkering with them, painting them, photographing them, reviewing them, driving them, banging them up, flying them over jumps, drifting, dough-nutting, and rolling them over, racing them, racing each other, racing the rabbits (sorry, AI, AI. Bobs.) and having a good laugh about it on the way - since after all it is not going to last forever and we better make the best of it - it's a video game, and video games have a short life. Joining the misery-driven line-up that keeps screaming about lack of content is a waste of time; the Feedback forum was built for that (the only place that any dev would probably look for feedback, anyway) and is there, any time we feel the need to make suggestions. Or send PD a compliment.

It's a collection of people expressing their existence via cyberspace. Pull the plug and it goes 'poof'.
It's a fan site built for predominantly enjoying and sharing the experiences of playing video-games. It's a place to predominantly have fun. Work comes later.
The admin and staff that run the site know how to have fun - in fact some of the funniest people you could meet are members of the staff, whose humour can run from the ribald to the cerebral and whose hard work keeps the ineffable entity that is GTPlanet in the atmosphere and stable enough for the rest of us to have fun, too.
But, no, say the naysayers. Fun? Playing a video-game? No, no, no, no, no, say these misery-loving naysayers (Gran Turismo 'players') - fun is not the point, it's high-falutin' constructive criticism from experts that matters. The game is broken. No one should play it. Get your money back. Boycott PD. Insult Kaz. Put down the devs. Jaggies. Everything is wrong with the game. Permanently. We shouldn't be enjoying it - how stupid.
What were we thinking, joking about the AI or making memes about them, or photographing 'scenery', or hunting easter eggs, or joking about Jenkins.

Or have decided to only inhabit the more fun parts of this site like the Off Topic forums that have nothing to do with Gran Turismo, and only provide friendship, amusement, and some pleasant online company.

We Gran Turismo fans will most certainly continue to have fun, oodles and oodles of it - not the kind that Mr. Misery and his twelve disciples will have around here pissing in every thread that even remotely promotes fun - but the kind of fun we can take anywhere there are fans ready to gather around and have fun with it.

This is something that @TokoTurismo and @Imari need to read. Too often I've felt victimized by them just for having a different opinion on a topic. I'd jump into a thread thinking, "oh, let me just provide my opinion on this real quick," not even expecting or wanting to get caught up in any sort of discussion, and then one of them (usually Imari) would attack my opinion and I'd wind up having to defend it when I shouldn't. @jimipitbull seems to be a favorite target of theirs as well, and he gets a lot of undeserved **** from them and others. See, and this is why it's a strawman. The OP is complaining about people ganging up on others for having fun.
I'm pretty sure I've never had a go at anyone for enjoying the game. I often made a point of saying that I'm glad other people are enjoying the game, even though I don't particularly enjoy it. If I've ever said to anyone that they shouldn't be enjoying the game then I take it back and apologise.
You, on the other hand, I'm quite happy to pick apart your factually incorrect comments. That has nothing to do with the enjoyment of the game, and so is not part of the OP's rant.
Which, you'll be interested to know, I tend to agree with. It could have been a lot shorter and less angry, but the guy is passionate. He likes the game, and doesn't feel that others should be telling him that he's doing it wrong. He's right, it's great that he's enjoying the game and he should continue to do so without being told that his enjoyment is somehow "wrong".

Could you link me to my post on the camber thread? Because according to this search (which admittedly may be wrong), I've never even created a post mentioning camber, nor have I posted on the camber thread.
The general tone of your posts towards me has seemed awfully cynical and offensive at points, even when I've simply pointed out I like the way something is. I don't like flaunting this fact all over the place (well, most of the time, anyway), but I started a very specific encyclopedia project that's used by over 4,000 GT players browse a day in order to find out things about the series. You may have heard about it; heck, you've probably used it at some point or another. I think I've earned the right to not be hounded and picked apart whenever I post an opinion.

If that means "posting with sincerity", then yes.
Famine wrote GTPedia. I'm fairly doubtful that he uses that as leverage to say his opinions on things regarding Gran Turismo should not be challenged. Probably because the two concepts are unrelated. Or maybe simply because there is no such thing as "the right to no discussion after expressing an opinion on a discussion board."

I reply to your posts the same way as I reply to Tokos, or Famines, or anyone elses. If I think you're wrong, I'll say so, and if I think you're saying something laughably inaccurate I'll poke fun. I don't claim special privilege for any of my achievements, and I think one of the great things about a message board is that everyone is equal, whether they be an 8 year old getting into the game for the first time or a 63 year old veteran programmer.
Having just skimmed the last couple of months of your posts I find very few that I've actually replied to, so I'm not entirely sure where you get this impression that I'm going around picking apart your posts every time you put something up. It just doesn't seem to be true.
Is this a feeling that you've got from a relatively small number of my posts that really hit home to you, or is it actually a large number of posts that I've made directly to you?
I'd like you to provide me with an example of me challenging you over saying you liked something. I seriously doubt I've done it, and if I have I want the opportunity to retract it and apologise.
I'll challenge you over stuff you say that's wrong, but not over saying that you like stuff. If that's how you feel then that's how you feel. And it's a good thing, just because I don't enjoy the game doesn't mean that I don't want others to enjoy it.
I think it's relevant. You clearly feel as strongly about this as the OP, and for similar reasons. Perhaps if we can get at the reasons why you're feeling attacked, then we can solve the problem for others as well.
