Funny that in the second paragraph you mention respect. I came from Forza 4 and two separate teams that did very well in battle drifting. We did a lot to progress the scene on xBox and I thought you guys paralleled us. Until I sent a message to one of you members and did not so much as get a screw you response back.

Uhm, I dont know exactly what you mean, but alls recruiting goes via me, I replied to every single person who wanted a try out, and I`ve contacted at least 15 people via the free agents thread. We tried out a lot, recruited just a few. If you mean something else, I also got a lot of feedback from people from forza, and also on that, I always replied. I remember crazy_marc and SR20Doriken. I do not tolerate members with an offensive attitude, there is only one special case, that is dom. Though I do not seperate my members.

I am sorry you got treated this way, and would like to apologize on behalf of the team.
On the other hand, I would also point at the fact that Team Burst is quite a well known name, and as such people in the team (especially leaders), get bothered by a lot of people for invites. Even though the opening post clearly states that there is no recruiting going on unless one of the team leaders makes an exception.
Last but not least, I don't think anyone on Burst considers another member of lower level, at all. I think, and most will agree with me, that however there are gradations in rights, there is no difference between members.

Wasnt looking to get recruited, I have a Team. I was looking to drift with another squad and bridge gaps. I will PM you Dunman. Just figured you might want to know whats up with your squad, as I would and did with my Team on Forza. I had to let a very good and trusted member go because of his lame attitude towards noobs and other drifters. Lind of a reason I also came back to PS3 and GT5. Thanks for the response.
