i got my lan cable. ping is very stable staying at 85ms so thats good. download and upload are a bit faster. and this is at lunch time. around now it would be under 1mb down.

i would do a pingtest but the closest server is 200 miles away.

Dont put too much wight on this, as I am far from being a skilled judge; but in my opion (overall) Drift Artist won that. First corner was always his, his line was nice yO! ;)
One big screw up on the last corner though.. Other then that; very nice.. Little short runway though..

I expected Gambino to do better; he is good..

In the last run, first run. It was pretty much a tie but due to drift making contact in 4th clipping point gambino won.

Bro there was contact at second 30 of the video ...
But it's ok, I can tolerate judging mistakes ,these things happen but please next time make sure you can watch more closely during all the run because judging mistakes made during battles cannot be changed by reviewing replays later on ...

I have a question, when chasing you dont have to follow the right line ? because i still cant understand how you called it a tie on the first run when gambino was no wa near the right line nor clippin points ?? On top of that he straightened up more than once ...

Which in turn would make a one more time. Technically there was a run where i counted OMT and drift had spun out. If i really wanted to be proper i could have ended it right there. A spin is an automatic 0 on that run. Making Gambino the winner of that round. I have reviews all replays and my discisions are final. Im sorry you guys dont agree but I have put a ton of my personal time into making this happen for you. Please do not try and make calls yourself, if i wanted that I would have you run an event. This event is ran by me and my rules. I was toooo leanuant the first time i hosted VDC and I am not allowing that again. So please allow me to do my job so I can spend a 🤬 ton of money on the winner.

Not to be coming off rude, but this really bugs me when people do this. I am not biased when it comes to these. I try to be as fair as possible. So please let me do my job.

LOL you talk about the things that other people do, well... what about you??? LOL you try to judge like they do in formula D but half of the judging was obscured... Long story short here is how i see it... You judged some runs like mine correctly... I spun, he had a solid run next time, he won, congrats... but marcus' and b's battles were f'd just a little bit, but thats my opinion and you are indeed correct, it is you tournament, they are your rules, and all we are giving you is criticism which lets you know your rules aren't the best in the world... :D Good luck with the tourny though because round one was fun :D

since I'm too lazy to read the big posts I'm going to say that theres always next time. Real life judging isn't super accurate like people think. They say what they saw. Also, when you are judging by following its not what you call easy to see. There's a lot of smoke and you can't really tell if your going to slightly nudge somebody on a leveled ground surface with cars that produce ridiculous amounts of smoke.

This is very true. But I tried my best to be out fo the smoke. If I were to watch from watch mode, I wouldnt have been able to see the 3rd, 4th clipping point at all.

Madrid should be possible to be judged by outside view.
 
Im thinking it might too. But I knew for sure that Cape Ring couldn't, so that is why I had to follow.

I agree, I wasn't paying much attention to the first few runs but in one of the OMT's Dgambito only hit 1 clipping point.
EDIT: wasnt a flame, I didn't even read this pages comments when I commented.

Well in my opinion the winner was drift artist. You cant blame the judge because he can't see everything. I think maybe 2 judges can be better. Both drifted well but king performed better then gambino.

Better next time.

And no Powell the ''T'' is still there lol. GAUZ edited it lol.

Lol what the heck I never blamed you. I even said you can't blame spank for this dude. Everyone knows how good B is but that is not the problem. If it was someone who wasn't so good and performed well it wouldn't be fair. But there is no reason for panic. Better next time.

Too bad Remmo doesnt really do any drifting in Holland anymore. I've never seen him at the ODC events where i wave the yellow (or red) flag.. Now the that ODC and NL Drift Series have combined; i'm not sure what the deal is..

But eventhough Vlasblom is a bit of "Dirty Driver" in competitions, he is here, boosting the Dutch driftscene in his trademark estate BWM..

You ever go to these events Duman?
 
i know im a team burst member so im bias but........B's line was the same , sweet angle , n good speed (except for 1 spin) but gambino was twitchy on entrys and throughout only being closer because of lack of angle. n the last run bump should be void because B already won from earlier runs. im bias but right i think no disrespect to you Gambino :Boggled:

I talked with Bahaa about it. Gambino also beated me and there were similar issues. But i don't complain. Gambino is an awesome drifter and if spank sais he won, even if he couldn't see properly, it's final.

We still going on about this guys? Take the loss and get over it already. You have 4 more rounds to show me you are the best drifters. That was only the first run!!! You still have plenty of time to not only catch up but pass and take off in points. So please lets get over it and pay more attention on getting ready for round 2 in 3 days.

But really lets just put it behind us and look forward to the next round and as lukas said, lets keep drifting fun ;)

I'm currently downloading the system update ( will finish in hours hopefully)
So get your *** on Circuito de madrid and start practicing :P
 
Yes please keep this fun. yes I understand its a competition, but i made this so all drifters on GTP can have fun with it! So please lets try to keep it like that!
