Team Drift DynamiK | DDK*Silver Sliders| OP Update soon! |

DT's only benefit those on a wheel. Which is retarded.. Controllers are still speed limited to steering, so its a crutch for wheel drifters to get more angle.

Any car/driver is speed limited to steering. Wheel users aren't able to hold the same speed when they go for mad lock just because they are on a wheel. We aren't able to destroy physics and rewrite them

It's only people who don't/can't drift wheel that think that. :/.

It's not easy to hold heaps of angle, especially with how the new FFB is.
So the difference in the degree of steering doesn't change the amount of speed able to be held while maintaining a deeper degree of angle, is that what you two are saying?

I mean, from what I've seen, speed + angle is nothing for wheelers. Maybe my observations were wrong though, I've never actually used a wheel in GT6 anyways.

We're saying that we lose just as much speed as any other driver if we go for lots of angle with high lock ,we can't defeat physics. How did you misunderstand that? Wheel isn't one big cheat. The advantages some point out as ''wheel only possibilities'' are things you only achieve with skill just like on Ds3, you don't get them handed to you at your local Logitech store

Agreed 100% got my g27 2 days ago upgraded from DFGT, and I'm learning shifting during drifting. And gauz speaksthe truth you have to work on you're skill everyday to get better:)

Nailed it.

I didn't miss understand that sir, i was simply asking you/TJ to clarify your point of view a bit. No hostility or anything, I was just saying It seemed easier for people on the wheel to get more angle and maintain speed. Hence, that's what I was saying. If my inference was incorrect, then my bad. Also, I'm aware that it takes practice just like the DS3, or whatever else you use does, I never said it doesn't.

Sorry to bring up a dead convo... but Dev... You've seen me on the wheel. I lose a ton of speed while trying to get angle and I have to shallow up on the follow run because I have to keep up. And bro, you do not know how hard it is to get angle on GT6 now. You go a degree too much and you drop all your speed, go too shallow, and you end up getting massive understeer. Wheel drivers in public lobbys have loads of practice. Even ask Steve, it's VERY difficult to learn. And then back to me, I STILL make loads of mistakes even after having the wheel OVER A YEAR.

It's not easy at all, I think people need to recognise lol. There's a whole weird stigma attached to wheel users which gets annoying after a while.

Never once said it was easy.. Just doesnt feel realisitic which is the reason why I dont use my wheel for drifting..
