For good reason. I've stayed and watched Alpine's drifting for a week or so now, and at their current rate of improvement it won't be long before they become a real threat to other teams. There's more to it though that certifies their success than just ability, it's their attitude, approach, leadership, and organization. I wouldn't pay this much attention to any normal drift team, and so far I'm convinced that Alpine is exactly that, not normal. They still have a lot to learn however, it's just a matter of how quickly they figure it out. It's sort of interesting watching the members, individually, learn new techniques and grow so quickly.

Assuming they keep at it and break into some higher-level skill and utilize more advanced techniques, they will make teams like OsakaHQ outdated and irrelevant.

In all seriousness though, no one is scared of anyone. I hope the members of team Alpine recognize that we have other battles and things coming up for OHQ. I'm sure OHQ vs Alpine will happen in the future but don't be like these guys and say we're "scared". This forum and the entire GT5 Drift community needs less of the immature kid attitude.

I know this isn't my teams thread so I'm not going to be starting any arguments with anyone, I just wanted to say my side of the story. I hope to drift with you guys again soon.

wow out dated and irrelevant. look ant and riyoshi we have beaten both of your teams and you call us scared its like this ok. We have been trying to get battles with burst and a few other of gt planets top teams are record is better then most of gt planets considered to be top teams feel me and we don't get the respect on gt planet like they do but they wont face us am i calling them scared no and do any of you no so why say that its common sense 3-1 vs 20-2 no way but i am counting on seeing them when there record is simular and i was with you guys tonight no one is scared thank you just understand that.

MLD never battled this new wave of OHQ, only Project.D, and hell knows how long that was. Honestly I could care less about a record, what matters to me is who you battle. So far I've only seen you guys battle one team on GTP and that was Prodigy (which was terrible), and "supposedly" RedSuns. Wherever this magic big 20 you guys seem so proud to wave around must come from short-span low skill teams that are created in an open room within a week, honestly. Official team battles hardly ever come around, everybody lays it down within the comps held here. Reason why you guys may have trouble gaining respect may be because you guys are trying to hard to claim it and rank yourselves in a position higher than you're worthy of. On the real I don't need you to get all offended and cry me a river, the truth is the truth. Stop worrying about what others think of you and how they look at you. Just let you be you and you'll be surprised how quick this long journey of BS will be put to rest.

I don't need a negative response, if you can't handle the truth, then let there be nothing said at all.
 
Just saying guys i really love Alpine drift team i'm feeling very good and free with you people and i hope it will continue like that ! :P but if we come on the main subject well Honestly i was ready for that battle yesterday, I already drift with OsakaHQ for some mins with my GT-DRiFT account, they didn't show me respect! Now i wanted to
Kick their ass for good because they think they are awesome but no for me they are just ok not so good. I'm sorry to talk like that but i didn't like how they acted with me. Lol yesterday that Osaka man Left the room because he was defeated and saying " they are voting "!? Man we were just saying ERMAHGERD where's the problem! It's not a vote dang!

Psycho, i think everyone couldn't be any more ready, the thing is earlier that day i had to beat ohq-King to have a battle yesterday, which i did , and we scheduled it @ 10pm est. Then it got changed because yall are preparing for HKS, im sorry to say HKS record is as low as ours, you guys want easy wins, and you know that Alpine wont give it to you because you said yourself, "Why risk our record" i personally think, doesnt necessarily mean scared...but we do intimidate you in a way. you have very low confidence for your team, and your supposed to be one of Top Dogs, were progressing Babyd, but we arent invincible MLD was more prepared then we were, now everyone is working hard for that not to happen again, and we will not let any team including Osaka HQ get an easy win with us. I will challenge you again very, very soon. Your leadership might be good, but your management with your team attitude and behavior is horrible, so im speaking for myself , and Alpine. I want to battle Osaka HQ, Win or Lose it will show that were atleast trying to be well known, and a great team. Im calling you out babyd, Monster, King, Blurr, Aem and your other 100 members we are ready! Now!

Oh damn! I really wanted to see that battle myself and was prepared to judge. Ill be staying tuned to when this battle happens. But for right now how about everyone get focused on VDC and Formula D

Awwww Snap! Ive been practicing and tuning my Tii! Im Soooooo ready for this. My line is better then half the OHQ dudes. They are wayyy too cocky and I know we should tune it down for them Alpine Style! ;P
