Have you ever seen tunnel tuners really concentrate on Indy before?? You're about to.

You may think you're good, but it takes no time and little skill to tune your car so that your running within 2 or 3 cars with the best of the best. But after that, you will see just how hard Indy can be.

I just love trash talk...

I beat people, people beat me.. lots of times our tunes are so similar that it completely comes down to the tree, and I get treed a LOT lol, and what with ghost lag and all the other issues we have with drag racing on a game that isn't designed to drag race we will NEVER get a good race.

simple truth is that all forms of drag racing take skill.

To me personally, anything other than 1/4mile is boring, takes forever to get a race, then you have to come all the way back down hoping to avoid a crash.

and I personally will never tune anything other than the top cars for tunnel because I don't want to waste my time taking hours to race a slower car.

on the other hand. most of the cars I own are tuned for 1/4 just because I can bring out a supra lets say, race in about 4 times then switch to a chevelle, and race it a few times, all in the amount of time it takes to get 1 or 2 races in at the tunnel.

the top tunnel guys, and the top indy guys know what they are doing, but for tunnel guys to think they are going to come to indy and do nothing but win is just as bad as indy guys thinking tunnel is easy.

ok im gonna throw my 2 cents out there at everyone and hondaryderz. ok you have beat kravenraw, big deal bro kraven is old news!!! you wanna know when your good is when no matter what car you bring out you win against top tuners. also please tell us how many messages you get day in and day out of people wanting you to help them tune or give them tunes. im not the fastest guy out there and im not the slowest i would place myself among the Top 10 fastest indy tuners but i dont go around boasting that i beat this guy i beat that guy. if someone asks me if i have ran so and so ill say yes or no. i dont sit and say oh he has a terrible tune. also just a friendly reminder winning by less than a bumper is not a win that is a mere quicker reaction time. so before you go around placing yourself on a higher platform than others just remember there is ALWAYS gonna be somebody that is faster no matter what.

When it's the top of the line tunes, it really mostly comes down to who gets the tree. Or who "sees" the ghost first and hence launches first.

I've lost many and won many due to ghost lag...It really makes me mad that PD refuses to implement some sort of drag system.

Listen little man, since Indy people like yourself want to run your mouths constantly at tunnel crews and challenge us we've already come up with a plan for all of you after we wipe the floor with anyone who comes to Fuji today to race the tunnel crew. I ran them, no they won't compete with the best, but they will surprise you. There seems to be too much smack talking between Indy and SSR7. Both require skills unique to their track. But to say one is better than the other is going too far. Switch them around and Indy tuners will beat the "average" SSR7 dragger and same with the tunnel people at Indy. Smack talk is fun and makes the competition more interesting but leave it at that

In my opinion, Indy & SSR7 tuners should team up and take down what I consider to be the biggest bores in GT5... the Honda draggers.
What's so fun about tuning only Hondas'? And then bragging when you beat them that they would "own you in Hondas'" /Rant

When i go to indy i find it's all about the launch, if You don't get the launch you've pretty much lost. If every drag on indy was even it would be alot different. At tunnel its different You might not get launch but You might get top end which is always fun to see. Im not baging indy at all Thats just how i see it.
