I'd love to join this team.
I came in because I'm a huge fan of Initial D, and decided I wanted to join after I read the main posts.

I'm very amateur, I've only have the game a few days but I've been playing racing games and drifting my entire life. I'm already getting a lot better after being on this forum and I know joining a team like this would help me more.

I favor Japanese FR's.
My favorite drift cars are my Trueno 86, my RX-7 FC and my SILVIA S15.
I use a DS3 but I'm saving up for a wheel.
I don't have a microphone... but I may get one soon if I end up joining the team.
Can I join? (Training Team please, I'm not nearly good enough for a Team Battle)

Actually... I have a lot of friends on this game, I may start my own team.

I truly did not ignore it. I just do not feel right latley. The team has went down hill and I feel like we are on the last legs. I will need all of your strongest effort to atleast help in some way. We just need a new game or even new tracks becasue gt5 is really getting boring. So I was thinking... How about a time attack series to help bring back team spirit? It would give us a challenge and would allow us to learn some. Just with everyone in school and college it is hard to be on. Which I can understand why certain people left. But truly to me it would make more sense to help out then to just leave. It makes that person seem like they did not wanna be in the team from the beggining. People like me, Ryuu, Klutch, Oj, Pac, and others that have been in the team from the beggining have seen the ups and downs, but the new people do not. So I think we should just live with what we got and deal with it. We should focus on being a family more then a team. I mean back in the day on mcla (rhyme) when someone from the team had a room up anybody that was on would join, and now on gt5 we have 5 people on and 5 diffrent rooms. Good pics, try moving the mode to 3 and your capture rate to 1/60 or 1/125. Show some motion in the wheels and the ground moving.

I remember when I first joined we would all be online together but now as GT5 has gotten older we have seperated out, I know I have i'm way more into the touge scene on GT5 than I am with drifting. But thats just cause I dont have a proper rig setup for my wheel, and drifting with a DS3 is realy boring for me these days and I deffinitly agree GT5 needs something new to help bring the spirit back to it.

But in the mean time until and if GT5 does bring something new, maybe we should hold some in house competitions? Like which RedSun can set the fastest lap at certain tracks, or Which RedSuns can get the highest score on drift trial at a certain track (I know the drift score in the game is lame but oh well) Or hold our own photo competition? (Ryuu wins everytime )

We wouldn't have to do what I said specifically but just try and find something to get all the members involved together so we get that RedSuns family spirit alive again

Agreed maccer, and yes I was in the making of a time attack series for about every month. Then on a set date everyone that posted a time in that class would do a race on whatever track it was on. So if anyone wants to help hit me up. I need help figureing classes. Anyway this is one of many things to help bring back the spirit of Redsuns!

Some new rules, will be inaffect starting tomorrow.
1. Must be on atleast once a week unless tells a appropriate reason to a leader, co-leader, or officer
2. Must be in team lounges when online or must explain to leader, co-leader, or officer why they were not in team lounge
3. Must be in team chat when online
4. Must act mature
5. Must listen to the person above them in rankings when leader is not on
*Failer to do so will result in a warning, after 3 warnings the person will be kicked from the team
*At end of month all warnings are reset

well me and pac talked about this a lot but i didnt thought GTP was the right place to bring it up all tho between midterms killing me and my family i dont have the time to log in or even breathe so i guess this is better than nothing. In GT5 ive had way more fun that what i did in MCLA we've had amazing times and i met incredible people in this game, i remember our 16 people lounges fill with RedSuns members or if not there were at least 14 RS members and the rest were friends of the team, unfortunetly this tradition has gone away i hope someday we can return to that union we had before all tho i still consider you guys my family in a nerdy PS3 way ... but i do agree that is turning a lil boring for me since i dont have nothing else to do than take pictures, ive tuned all the RWD premium cars, most of the standar ones that i like and i just dont know what else to do but i really like GT5 and it just was a way more awesome year for me than the ones we spent in MCLA... we really need to talk about the new members list specially cuz i think theres to many officers and people that are still new to the team but we can talk that in private about the other ideas i say no, once again, this has come up a lot of times and i keep saying is a really bad idea to make a drag team, a touge team, a wangan team, a cruising team, a photo team or i dont know what else lol.. it just makes the team grow apart, unorganized and recruiting just way to many people. Agree with OJ there totally i think the cruising team,drag team et:c was a great idea but i kinda made the team grow apart along as new members coming,ones leaving et;c et;c Redsuns really does need to return to it's old status about having fun and being together as a "family". i remember looking real forward to logging in online waaaay back in the MCLA days now it doesn't just have the same "vibe" anymore i think its just a bit serious i remember things like that rotary competition back in MCLA i think we should do things like that.Also about telling members what's going on(Races,Team meets et;c) i think it should be organised a bit better like sending messages on PSN to each other. Because i didn't know what half was going on and kinda felt left out anyways Just thought i'd give my view thanks.
