So I will be in SA next week on business...
Every time I go somewhere I try to see, do, and eat something of local significance to ease being away from the family.
I already know I must see the Alamo and plan to do so after I land mid day Monday but I need to know what food I "must try", what is the main local favorite?
I've had the Chicago style hotdogs in Chicago, New England Clam Chowder (and Wahlburgers burgers of course), alligator in Tampa, Cheesesteaks at the original of the cheesteak in Philadelphia, and some really good local (well Michigan brewed) beer in Detroit.
I'm thinking chili and burritos...
