TF Photohut - All Comments Are Welcomed! [11.18 - A Series of Farewells, Week 3]

Wow, fantastic thread T-12...just spent about half an hour drooling over some of the pics, too hard for me to pick a favourite  ....I've got a soft spot for the Peugeot 908 though and I thought you really did it justice đź‘Ť

Keep up the good work mate, I'll be back for more! đź‘Ť :)

Always a pleasure receiving comments (or criticism) from new viewers. :D

Glad you liked what you saw. I'll be giving this gallery a well-deserved update later on today.

I too quite like the last shot. Nice vantage point. :)

Thanks. đź‘Ť

--------

As I said above I'll be updating the gallery shortly with the rest of the Type 124 shots, and as far as the Centennial Special goes I'll have to hold off on that as I can get the freakin' images to merge properly.

I spoke far too soon....

Centennial Special

Centennial.jpg

This project took on many shapes, ideas, and phases. Originally I wanted a movie-style poster with the GT transforming into the race car variant - something akin to KITT engaging Super-Pursuit Mode. That idea failed as I'm still not familiar enough with PS to manipulate images to such a magnitude. The next idea was simply to have one half be the GT with the other half being the GT race car. At the end of the day, I just settled with a simple photomerge.

Hope you all like it.

That is Brilliantly done .Nice to see Your back mate

Thanks. :)

Recently fell in love with the game again because I finally started to use (what's left of) my DFGT. How long is this going to last? Your guess is as good as mine.

Nice work.đź‘Ť

Thanks. You still updating your gallery or has it receded into the abyss much like mine did?

Love it :) I took the MotorSport Elise out and painted it Matte Green going for this exact effect. It's a (rather ugly) standard though. Love the noise, especially shot #3 đź‘Ť

I was speechless when I saw the Evora Pictures but then I saw the 787B one  I know what you feelabout GT5 getting old sort to speak but There are several ways to really enjoy it and mainly Race Online with GTPers and Ofcourse join the WRS it is so much fun .

I did a few updates a week or so ago, haven't had time to another photoshoot. It did go a month without one though.

Thanks for the comments everyone. đź‘Ť

Actually I quite like that last one. Maybe the cathedral/building could be a bit more to the left? That section of white wall on the edge of frame is a little distracting maybe. Great shot still.

I believe it's a combination of all that. I'll retake the shot at some point in time.

Thanks for stopping by.

My favourite is number 3.

That's my favorite one as well. Thanks. đź‘Ť

I also love the second one. Great angle interesting framing and vibrant colour gives it alot of energy which suits the X2010.

You have a canny knack of creating wonderful shots without over processing them, clean and tidy. I especially like the Evora shots.

Seems to be the crowd favorite, even for me, and for the exact reasons you describe.

Thanks for the comment and finally stopping by.

Great pics. On this page I like the Lotus pics the most. đź‘Ť

Thanks for the comment. đź‘Ť

I like the Alfa 8C set. Very nice colours and framing. I like the 2nd MP4 shot most. Very dynamic, great angle and saturation as well. đź‘Ť

Thanks. Between the entire set, I'd have to say the fourth shot stands out as the best one, IMO. Soft tones and the sky is just the right amount of blue without upsetting the rest of the picture.

Super shots of the McLaren :)

Thanks for the comment and stopping by.

Shots 4 and 5 of MP4 = đź‘Ť
Shots 1 and 2 of Zonda R = đź‘Ť

I think the first Alfa shot would be better with less sharpening. I like the far away angle though. đź‘Ť

The Mclaren set is stunning (Hint of HDR ?).Love Your Alfa alot Works well with the colour.

Nope. I've yet to dabble in the ways of HDR.

Some of my pictures have been suspected of such for a while now - it's either the high pass filter or the way I balance out of the colors that gives that vibe off. :P

I haven't noticed it until you pointed it out but you're right, it is a bit too sharpened.

I love the second to last shot.

Thanks. :D

Thanks for the comments, everyone.

Love the action on the drift, and the banner. I do kind of wish I could see the cranes on top of the buildings though. If you don't mind I'm gonna take a pic from that angle :D I'll give you credit for the idea
