PSWell, I've broken my record each time I do it. Ether I'm rapidly gaining a higher tolerance for pain, or my arm/shoulder muscles are for some reason getting strong really quick.
LoudMusicI would imagine your tollerance for pain is going up. It's been said that physical activities are 80% mental, and only 20% based on your muscular ability. The body is far more powerful than we give it credit for. The mind, however, is weak and needs to be broken (:
