The gauntlet has been thrown down, eh? Impressive time, jp. đź‘Ť

PS
Well, I've broken my record each time I do it. Ether I'm rapidly gaining a higher tolerance for pain, or my arm/shoulder muscles are for some reason getting strong really quick.

I would imagine your tollerance for pain is going up. It's been said that physical activities are 80% mental, and only 20% based on your muscular ability. The body is far more powerful than we give it credit for. The mind, however, is weak and needs to be broken (:

Mind over matter, indeed.

It the burning just starts to go numb after a while, and since I'm a person of little patiences I think I just say "**** it" too soon. I'll try again.

Tip: Listen to music while you do it.

I just got 7:48.51 .

And my arm is really, really weak right now.

Did you listen to music? I did and it increased my time a lot. I went from about 5:xxx to 7:48, which is a huge difference. It's got to be mind power, or just being distracted—anything so you don't focus on the weight. I'm going to try again tomorrow and see what time I get.

I just tried again, and got 4:40.... though I gotta say that I went to the gym earlier today. The other time as well. At the end I was really making the funniest faces to be able to keep my arm up. In a minute I'll try again with my left arm or else I end up with one big shoulder. :D

Ok, I got a new 7:55 on my right arm. My left is still around 5:10-5:30 with music though. I should really be doing more (throwing, shooting etc) with that arm and try to equal out the muscles or bring that one up to par. That's even with music on.
