That track layout looks familiar. Is it where Prodrive were trying to build an F1 factory?

I couldn't tell you. It really was very basic though. A track next to an airfield. The facilities consisted of a small shack, and that's about it. If they are going to be building a factory there, I saw no evidence of it.

Unless you mean that it was going to be used and then wasn't, can't tell, quite pissed now!

In fact, bordering giving away premium! Better not though, I should at least sort out my own Premium before I buy it for others.

I tell you what. Anyone that can show me that they did a quicker lap in those cars, get a lifetime subscription!

GOODNIGHT GTP!!

*edit*
Yeah, i'm not really going to bed!

*edit2*

I've sorted my own. I shall do this once and only once. Next non premo to post... You get the idea by now.

*edit3*
Aww, i was going to post a link in my old Premo giveaway thread but TB has locked it :(

*edit4*
No Matter, SVX got there. :) Happy to oblige old boy! :)

Awesome! Looks like you had fun. Would you mind telling us a review of the Lambo please?

EDIT: WOW!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You didn't have to do that! You are so awesome!

Not right now. I think I explained my feelings at the time in my original post.

In any case. You have (maybe unintentionally) one years Premo. :)

I know there are mixed feelings about pony pictures, but I figured since it was a positive one there wouldn't be a problem with it.

But seriously, that is insanely awesome, and I am more jealous of you right now than you could possibly imagine, but I'll just go ahead and push those feelings down and stay positive. I would be happy just to see any of those cars from a distance, but actually getting to drive all 4 in a day sounds amazing. The closest I've ever got is at a car show, and the ropes by the Gallardo were 6ft away from the car.

The funny thing is, I felt the same not too long ago. If you can drive, then there are places like this wherever you live. Just save up a bit and go do it. Camaroboy was saying earlier that it's not hard to do. I'm defo doing it again soon.

Dude, that's pretty sweet.
Wish they offered stuff like this at my local track. :(

Anyways, I'll stick to my karts for now. :dopey:

If you were to buy one of those cars, which would you say would be the best "bang for your buck," if you may? :)

Wow, that looks like a bloody great experience. Driving all those expensive, fast exotics, even a very nice Ferrari 360, which is personally my favorite Ferrari. Looks like someone knows how to have a great Birthday. ;)

I'm pretty sure that if you checked out your local track, they would offer a similar package. :)

For me, defo the Lambo. The Porsche might have done the same but, as I said earlier, I didn't get the chance to exploit it!

Someone knows how to give a great birthday present you mean! The only vid done on the day was of me pulling away in the Ferrari, hope the sound gave you the same goosebumps it did me, even though I did fluff the shift!

You both get Premo by the way. And now I go to bed. :)

Apparently, apparently, some rich boy racer type made a run from Gallows Corner roundabout at the top of the A12 all the way down the A127 to Southend sea front in just over 14 minutes in one of the exact same Lambo's you drove.

I've no idea how much truth is in that but it's a good story.
Sorry to anyone from outside London who wouldn't know these roads/ places.

I've a pal who did it on a an R1 in a similar time so it could be close to the truth.

No, this is the Prodrive circuit:

It's based about 10 minutes south west of Coventry, near Balsall Common. I bought my brother a driving session in the Ariel Atom at the circuit, nice and wide, with some challenging corners.

That looks like a ton of fun! I'd love to do something like this one day!

It doesn't. The package includes insurance, you just have to pay for an excess waiver (usually about £20).

Now that looks awesome.

I am jelly to the extreme. Closest thing I got to this was an ex F1 driver drove me around Moroso's (now Palm Beach Intl) in an RX-8. Lame compared to this. Hahaha

Congrats on the drives and thanks for sharing the pics.

Damn that looks like one hell of a day! I did a similar thing a few years ago for my 16th bday, but just drove a ferarri 360, cant remember where though.. it was the second car I ever drove and will be the best for quite a while I think :)
