The 2007 Dodge Caliber: Anything But Cute, or Anything But Cool?

...Apparently the Caliber is doing well...

The 2007 Dodge Caliber has been a smash hit for many Chrysler dealers, with sales higher than many had expected, reports the Detroit News. “While it may be too early to call it a blockbuster like the Chrysler 300, the Caliber is shaping up as a solid success at a time when the Chrysler Group is at risk of losing momentum,” the newspaper’s Josee Valcourt wrote. “Everybody is selling them as quickly as they can get them,” said Andy Palmen, chairman of the Dodge National Dealer Council and general manager at Wisconsin-based Palmen Motors Dodge Jeep. “We know that the sales number will increase. The question is, how far will it go?”

...Apparently the Caliber is doing well...

I was at two Dodge dealers today and neither had a Caliber on the lot. Aparently they are selling very well.

Well older folks feel compelled to buy American, as that is what they have been tought to drive all of their lives... But with budgets getting tighter, gas getting more expensive, why not go with a smaller car or truck?

ALL older folks over here buy AMG's, and M3's... Somtimes Caddy's (like my grandma) But when ever I go down town, i always see old Men, and Women driving down the streetin a AMG, M3 or M5 somtimes M6, somtimes S2000's.. But mostly Merc AMG's, and BMW M's..

I've only seen two Calibers yet....but I do like the look of it.
