Yeah, its definitely the biggest. Nothing even comes close. Its the cheapest sport to just pick up and play, and that means a lot in poor countries. You don't see many people playing golf in India.

Basketball must also be cheap to play. But as Klos said, football must be the biggest as it is accessible to all income groups. I'd imagine womans football is ok to watch. As long as it is college stuff though - no fatties allowed.
