Both of them created the show.

IMO, some people find the inmaturity funny, because its immature and stupid.
People love watching others do stupid and dumb stuff.

Anyways: Wasn't Andy Milonakis the kid in the "Superbowl Is Gay" Video? That was funny. One of my favorites is the first episode when was hanging out with Little John. especially when Little John spit fruity pebbles all over andy's face... It was sooo funny.. I couldn't stop laughing.
