WOW kaede, what a picture..!

If TT's photomode is like GT4's, you possibly could have manual focused on the gauges, then taken the shot...

it looks cool in a way, looked like the rider got launched off the bike as he took the photo should of taken a high shutter speed photo and editted with the background with zoom blur.
