Gronkjaer played effin well on the left (like you said Mike) and the whole team played well. Then at half time off went Gronkjaer and on went Veron. Veron didn't even seem match fit, from then Chelsea just fell apart.

Sucks.

It was a shame for chelsea, they were getting back into the game.

All credit to Monaco though - Morientes' goal !!! How about that !!

To score two goals with 10 men in a semi Champ league game is good going.

I know !!

but they've done better than Arsenal and Real in the champs league so far.

And they have another bite at monaco - In a home game this time.

Porto 0 Depor 0.

Quite a boring game. The one Porto striker makes John Carew look like a dwarf.

If Arsenal beat Tottenham tommorow and Chelsea draw or loose. Arsenal are guaranteed the premiership.

Oh and i've heard rumors of Rivaldo going to Bolton. :odd:

Yep, Rivaldo is earmarke to be heading for Bolton next season.

Oh yeah, I can see him really fitting in well there.

Meh, stranger things have happened.

Newcastle are supposed to be in talks with him too, but we don't need him our midfield is pretty good at the moment. We need someone instead of Titus (loser) Bramble, and another striker hopefully Kluivert.

Newcastle really needs to brace themselves for when Shearer leaves, he's by far your best player and he's still imo one of the best players in the Premiership.

When he retires...

There are possibilities of Kluivert and Luis Enrique coming to St James'.

Ronaldo has also stated he'd love to play under Sir. Bobby again. :D

Danny Murphy always throws a spanner in the works for Man U. Mind you Gigs and Olle were having teh bad day.

That game hurt us, we have to hope Chelsea lose to Newcastle today to keep a chance of getting 2nd place.

And that it remained, fanbloodytastic goal from Shearer, still one of the best in the premiership. Anyhow Race Idiot, whats with the tiny font?

Away the lads!

Have that Mr. Abramovich.

If only you bloody Mancs had beaten Liverpool we'd have that fourth spot by now. :grumpy:

Meh, game in hand, here comes Champions League next season.

When's the Marseille game anyone know?

Who watched the Spurs/ Champs game?

The sound was off on my TV. Why were spurs given the penalty when Keane interfered with Lehman

Here's something funny. Old but meh. NUFC beat Chelski              So Shearers finally gonna hang up his boots. :(

This is also old but once again..... Meh. I heard that Police raided a house and found Explosives. Apparently they were gonna go to the Man U v Liverpool game and blow **** up. Glad they caught them. 10 people were arrested.

Yep that seems to have been the plan.

Why couldn't Owen have taken it. And Gerrard is a good player and would fit into Man U or Arsenal, but I doubt he will go, but if anything Man U would get him (but as I said I doubt he's going anywhere). Wenger has 6 million to spend this summer and he has his sights set on some foreign 19 year old and he's already stated he wont be making any big name signings. It looks like he's starting to build up a young team like United, only United have far more young players in the squad so far.

Owen sucks so much these days, he's missed a few penalties.

I think he's buying a new Hollander to replace Bergcamp.

Heh. ManU get beaten again. I bet Millwall cant wait for the Cup final :D

Poor old Leeds. David O'Leary must be laughing. They started their slide as soon as he left. I hope they dont become another QPR or Wimbledon and make it to the 2nd division.
