Ok, Taeivon Trampio FTO aside...

The top 15 I've looked at so far, roughly in order:

1) 206 S16: easy to handle and very fast
2) 156 2.5 V6 24V turbo tuned: faster!
3) Protege '89 4 door sedan, not as nimble but still with a lot of top speed
4) Civic VTi '93: like 206 but not as fast
5) Eclipse: fast but hard to control
6) Fiat Coupe 2.0 200 Turbo
7) Golf IV GTI 1.8T
8) New Beetle: a better Demio A-Spec
9) Integra Type R '98 Spec, also somewhat tough to handle
10) Prelude SiR-S spec '98
11) Demio A-Spec - damn it sticks turns, but a Demio?!?
12) GTV 3.0 V6 24V
13) FTO GP Version R '97
14) Civic Type R '98
15) FTO GP-X '94

Missing from my consideration: Megane... and Wed's Celica. Don't think anything else could make this list. I'll post again when I'm further through testing, in like a month probably...

I wonder if it's possible to win the game with FF for everything but pikes peak? Dumb question... of course not. I just started testing some FR's and the first one, super cheap, Silvia K's 1800cc '88 is about as good as the best FF's... I've just been stuck in FF world and was starting to loose touch with reality!

I've managed to win the GT All-Stars race with a fully-tuned '89 Protege, and it took me three tries to win the GT500 series with the Trampio FTO. I never raced the Weds Celica more than a few times, I found it a little on the unresponsive side, and sort of gave up on it.

I think the VTi (or '93 Civic Si in the NA versions) to be great for everything except the GT300/500 and GT-All stars events. To be honest, I've never tried anything with under 300 hp in the GT300 series.
