Better not to say what ''Pajero'' (Mitsubishi Pajero) means in Spanish. The name here was changed to ''Montero''.

EDIT: But not in Gran Turismo, just in real life.

If the Ram in the game was newer than 2009 then it would be. But as both of them said, it is a 2004 so it is incorrectly labeled (as is the SRT-4 and old Vipers).

Prince is sold as Nissan in-game so I'm guessing they did the same with Ram, or Chrysler wanted it branded as Ram.

@OP It shouldn't be translated since its a brand name. If its your language what does it mean? Was it translated into the animal "ram"?

No, but "ram" is also "to crash". That's the meaning of the photo in the OP.

Seriously, at this point in time and reading what is ahead of me, unless PD wants to make a seasonal or a special race with pickup trucks, it'll be a long time before I buy the ram, or the silverado under chevy.

That makes me think. if ever one day they put the Caliber SRT4 or just any other model... under wich brand are they going to sell it. it was the only dodgw car to bear the ram's icon AFTER chrysler,s decision to make RAM a truck only brand. All the other veihcules had their grilles modifies after wards to remove the ream. Save for this one..

There's nearly always something wrong with translations in games but this is unacceptable. Ram is a brand and its name is translated. The Ram in the game is from 2004. I think Fiat bought Chrysler last year, when Ram and SRT became seperate brands. They're still owned by Dodge but not branded as Dodges.

Well, my GT6 is in Russian, the Dodge Ram is located in the Ram showroom, the name of which is not translated, it's still called RAM.
I don't see any reason for translating car/marque names to other languages. This would look ugly.

Maybe there was just a glitch in the translator. for the specific language it got translated into. A russian version shows ram, My french version shows Ram.

well if i'm not mistaken, the Ram, as a tool is used to crash doors and or other blocking things open.

I'm pulling your leg. Probably the Turkish expert at PD never heard of RAM as a brand and decided to translate it as a word, no more, no less
