Damn , except Fifth element cause i can't see it ,you all race RH tyres at school while i was on SS as Noel did at his vid .:banghead:
Of course its a race car but at the new school it isn't ,so i use SS .
Great ride guys . Looking forward for the next one aiming on podium place for a bit champagne.

Here is my run ,just for the heck of it

I look forward to MT Panorama too. Also my Nurburgring invitational. 2 very cool tracks and cars combinations.

Just take an experience of how might be the BB at the Ring .....
Well ...... Only one question comes to my mind.

@smoothbore12 BB is actually great on the ring.. one of my favorite cars in the game.. still I understand what are you saying :)

So first things first, I did lap with the BB, wanted to do sub 35 but won't happen today.. Still very aggressive (and ugly to be honest) lap with lots of sliding but still effective enough.

since I created the event, I did verification video as we used to to show track grip and stuff, but I dont expect others to do it too..

this is where difficult stuff began for me, this MiTo on the track I almost forgot was horror to switch after Ferrari on the Ring. And after getting unexpected 9th No-Tune win with Falcon, maybe I should've chose smarter car/track to suit me better to try to get 10th too :P
After this I got one better lap but forgot to take a photo (46.7)

when Ill have some time again will set up Dino to go in Australia and try to figure out MiTo driving (I think maybe pad drivers will have advantage on that one.)

I'm sure you all already know this, but "real grip reduction" needs setting each time.... it is not remembered when you leave the event.

Even though I think engines should be in front of drivers,..... the BB is a lovely handling car. And I lurve the ring. I doubt I will be competitive though because this combo of tyres, car and track is sooo much "up my alley" I will prob only be using my (PD crippled) h-shifter and clutch. I will also be wearing a "Munich Magnum" collar. (and moustache).

I was waiting for you Paddy :):cheers::cheers:

I think low 30s is possible, I might try to improve my time, I don't know if I'll try to improve on this or will try to drive more 60s and 70s cars around the ring because I love it again.. Will see :)

I did Interior view replay of my 7.36...Just as early present for @skeagracing Noel and everyone to get motivated because it was plenty of mistakes.. Ill edit this post when it's uploaded..

Also if everyone on DIV1 agrees, we can do Mito without SRF.. It's annoying for me too TBH so my time can be deleted if this is the case

edit
here it is

also if someone has tune for Ferrari Dino for Panorama please share :P

Awsome bro well done:bowdown:

I didn't see that coming  Well I did make a few mistakes so I'll rerun again tomarrow

Wait ... I don't need to open the base? This requires immediate investigation.

If anyone ever cried about Testarossa, perhaps they should pay more attention. That boxer Ferrari is good.

You are one of the guys I was looking for in this one too..
I like this car better than TR but I'd still really like to have TR in the game.
Also I might be wrong but I don't think this is boxer engine.. If I recall correctly BB was standing for Brigitte Bardot while car was in production and than they had to figure out what will BB stand for so they wisely called it Berlinetta Boxer

I have recalibrated. Apparently you can forget such an "important" detail in six years. It was relevant now, hopefully not each week.
After 15 minutes I think I can handle the sports tyres, but the movement where you are braking before the pit entry is now very fast, so I'll probably lose more there than in most places.

@nostradavor2

According to engineer Mauro Forghieri, the designation "BB" did not originally mean "Berlinetta Boxer." He stated during an interview with Davide Cironi that they knew the car was not equipped with a Boxer engine. He explained the meaning of the acronym (Berlinetta Boxer) was fabricated by journalists, in reality it means Berlinetta Bialbero (dual camshaft)

No tune/67.

After a few minutes I found that in the first moments of a lap you need to shift to fifth if you reach 7000 rpm before the crest (which you will). Try to find the line for full throttle in the last chicane, too.

Come on guys ,BB means : black background  cause is the only thing you see trying to correct the steering .
I watch Tinkerbell's vid :bowdown:and what i have to say is that when am trying to correct the line, the BB goes ,one ,two ,three ....... You're out .
I don't think that i can make a single lap on this compo :ouch:
Not to mention that can't even go back some times and am spinning like a record.

@Thematic you are ahead 0.600 at no tune but didn't try so hard . Just a few laps yesterday after the cold bath with the 512 :boggled:

You need to use the COURTESY CAR, I forgot to write that in the details which I have done now.
Your time will not count, Sorry. Purely my fault.

The return of Snow White...

Trial Mountain Circuit_5.jpg

What, you didn't think I was gone forever, did you?

We are back in action at Trial Mountain, a classic Gran Turismo track that is getting a rather controversial rework for GT7. But while that game doesn't come out, we can enjoy the old layout as much as we want in GT6.

This little Alfa isn't very fast, but it's very fun to drive, so let's get on with it:

Turns 1 and 2: The opening chicane is done flat-out, even on Comfort Softs. Move all the way to the right as you approach, then swing the car to the left to enter the chicane at full speed.

Turn 3: This one is tricky, as it seems like it could be done flat-out, but the Comfort Soft tires just fall short on grip, so you'll have to lift off a tiny bit here. Try to keep your speed above 140 km/h as you exit Turn 3 and be ready to enter the curved tunnel up ahead.

Turn 4: The first of three tunnels, on top of the hill. Slowly move left as you approach the tunnel, then just as you are about to enter it, brake down to third gear and smoothly guide the car around the corner. There's a sharp downhill on exit, so be careful.

Turn 5: A tough, blind right-hander at the bottom of the hill. Brake down to about 85-90 km/h, but stay in third gear. Be very careful with that inside wall as it's very close to the apex, and doesn't leave too much room for error if you turn in too early.

Turns 6 and 7: The monkey branch section, as I like to call it. Stay in third gear the whole way through here. Turn 6 is flat-out, but you'll have to lift off a bit for Turn 7. Like before, don't turn in too early as the inside wall is very close to the track.

Turn 8: Linking two tunnels together, Turn 8 is a simple, short but fast left-hander. Turn in as early as you dare, and try to stay above 110 km/h as you sweep through. Since there's a tunnel and the big straight right after, avoid getting on the power too soon as you'll hit the outside wall and lose a lot of time. You can try using fifth gear on the big straight, but in my opinion staying in fourth is the best approach to the next corner.

Turn 9: A long, banked, but not so fast left hander. You'll be approaching this corner from the fastest part of the track, at about 170 km/h, so brake hard down to third gear and hold your breath as you swing the car left. Push those comfort softs to the limit and try to get on the power as early as you can, but be careful with the wall on the outside.

Turns 11, 12 and 13: A flat-out, right-left chicane. You can try and shift to fourth here, but staying on third seems to be better. After that, you have a sharper right-hander leading downhill. Try to stay above 95 km/h and don't let that outside wall scare you. Your racing line is very important here - If you're even slightly off, you're probably going to hit the wall.

Turn 14: Loch Ness corner, as I like to call it. This is pretty much the same thing as Turn 13, only it's a left-hander instead. Move all the way to the right, using the entire width of the track, and try to stay above 95 km/h. Once again, try to keep a good racing line, as one tiny mistake can send you understeering into the grass.

Turns 15 and 16: The final chicane and the most dangerous corner on the track. Stay as close to the outside wall as possible as you approach it, then swing to the left. Lift off a tiny bit as you approach the apex of Turn 15, then swing it back to the right to clip the apex of Turn 16. The finish line is only a few meters ahead.

Oh, and be careful not to end up like this!

I haven't touched GT6 almost a month, so I'm probably a bit rusty. Regardless, after 15 laps of what was mostly getting used to the game again, I got a time of 1:49.843.

Great to have you back, and yes I was of the people who thought you where gone forever.

I'm not very stimulated by this round's "no tune". Trying to get any performance out of that wheezing, fat, sweaty Romeo is an uphill struggle and I'm not sure any award will be worth the effort and personal debasement. I feel used.

#MiToo
A wise young man ( @Nismonath5 ) once told me 'it's easy to make a 900hp car go fast, but it's hard to make a 90hp car go fast' you should give it a go, it may surprise you?

Platinum.... not a chance in a million years, that was stunning driving @nostradavor2 .
Oh, and I'm on paddles!
I don't know what steering settings you have they can make a huge difference on a lap time my settings are -2 5 5 I think for the wheel anything from 2 and -2 is good also I don't know if we're aloud to change break balence settings?
