I don't know, but maybe you can answer this question; why sell Damien Duff and replace him with someone inferior like Malouda?

Replace him? Right.. They sold Damien Duff over a year ago. It's hardly a replacement. That's like saying we replaced Mateja Kezman with Andriy Shevchenko or something.

Besides, I hardly consider Malouda inferior to Damien Duff.

Malouda's a good player, Duff's season has been rubbish mainly because of injury. I'd rate them about the same ability.
