Highly likely I wont be winning one if it is mega competitive as we are pre-the gear balancing update. Im thinking in the coming weeks getting platinum will be easier for me as I perhaps naively only play legit, but this might make me sharper?.
Gears won't matter as it's all electric cars.
That Terzo Millenio could be a problem for someone that doesn't want to buy it. But I still think it won't matter much. While the Nevera should be decent I don't think players like EV in general. There won't be as much players as for something like that Blackpantha Skyline for example. Something like 180k participants.
Okay, so with the announcement for this week I've realised the bigger problem is the bundle includes both the Terzo Millenio and the standard Evija, so it's going to cost around 2.8m.
At least they're worth the money, im fond of both cars the terzo's weird motor sounds are cool and they both go like a stabbed rat!
I just had a go at making more NC sets on my main account, and I had 3 partial sets, all missing suspension. I've probably scrapped lots of NC parts in the past as like you I already have several complete sets and don't really need any more.
I should have made a video of what happened. It would make more sense. Today I merged 15 pink and 20+ gold motorcore parts that I've been saving. Not a single nitro. I merged 3 score breakers and got a score breaker. It was hilarious. 😂
that's savage and why gambling is for suckers... really dont like this element of the game... you know the dirt bags would make it real money to mess with parts if they could get away with it... ive a feeling this system was designed around that, but was halted by laws in some regions...
Trigger seemed to think 1.3m would be enough when someone in chat asked during his live stream, but it's hard to say just how keen people are going to be to get this car.
Interesting, I hadn't looked at the numbers for that event vs overall, but I do agree that the credits to buy the cars needed for the summit are a huge problem for new or more casual players. I made that point to Trigger in one of his live streams when people were discussing parts, but he disagreed, said it's really easy to get credits in the game. But I've started from scratch on 4 accounts, and parts are just no problem, you can get a set of pink parts very easily now with the ability to merge parts, and you can get platinum absolutely fine with pink parts. I have quite a lot of half gold sets, those have generally just happened without much effort. But the credits to buy the cars are continually a problem for me on the alt accounts, I've got the Terzo on my alt accounts, but the 850k saving from just getting the Terzo vs getting the bundle was significant enough that I've only bought the Terzo rather than the bundle on the alt accounts. I knew this was likely to be an expensive week from several weeks ago, so have been doing the weekly challenges and trying to minimise spending, to have enough in the bank for this week.
Having four accounts is really quite exceptional. I'm experiencing some burnout with just one and 1200 hours played. It's a testament to how good the gameplay and interface are that it's still so engaging.
