It counts, just as long as it's in the background and not something the main character drives.I don't think Fast and Furious counts, mainly because..... well, it's Fast and Furious. That's kinda expected.
It's not that special with it being a car focused movie. The much more interesting ones are the ones picked out of movies not quite focused on cars.I guess, but it's not as special.
