A man who believes the Earth is flat because the Bible says so (it doesn't) has presented bits of some documents he says are from NASA and the CIA and prove that the Earth is flat (except in the bits he showed in the first 20 minutes, which stated the opposite, but he doesn't realise that)... and you took him at face value?

If you accept that gravity pulls things down straight to the Earth's surface then you should see how a globe with gravity aiming at its centre from all points will mean that somebody in Australia can stand the right-way-up at the same time as somebody on the other side of the globe. In the same way masses of water will do the same thing.

Droplets of water will automatically form perfect spheres too. Mad, right?

2. How is a magnetic field created on a flat Earth? How does it work? You need the Earth's core to generate it...

But you've not actually read these documents that this man is presenting?

If so, you have no idea where they're from or if they're genuine, and you're just taking it as they are what he says they are. And the pages he presented in the first 20 minutes say exactly the opposite of what he says they do - he just doesn't understand what a geoid is.

None of those videos titles mention plate tectonics. I want to know how plate tectonics works on a flat Earth.

Why would you get it from a random dude on YouTube over thousands of geological scientists with PhDs, decades of research, and thousands of peer reviewed, data driven research papers? You want the truth? Go to your local community college and take classes in the geological sciences from professors with PhDs in the geological sciences.

Why does it make no sense? Sending a crewed ship to the Moon is expensive and difficult compared to sending a probe. It also doesn't provide much in the way of benefits outside of bragging rights.

Sometimes technology is difficult/expensive. The Concorde was the first supersonic airliner to operate regularly. It was designed in the 60's. There is no comparable aircraft operating today.
