How often do you drift on GT5?: Only about an hour a week to a few hours a week, I don't really like to drift unless there's some good people around because then I know no one will mess with my drift or anything.
What are you looking for in a team?: I wanted to join NEMESIS for a long while (and still do) but they're not recruiting anytime soon. So I guess you could say I'm looking for a good team to match my skill, and cruise around with. The team I'm looking for isn't a dedicated drift team either, I want a team that does multiple styles of racing in GT5, and multiple games. I love playing Battlefield 3, and am greatly looking forward to GTA5, so any team that's interested in that should contact me.
Anything else you would like to add?: I love taking photos on GT5, so if you're looking for a GT5 photographer I'm your guy. (I also believe I'm one of the best, but I think that's just my taste in photos.) I also prefer to follow when in a tandem, because it gives for more excitement.. Plus I'm naturally a follower

Great idea Adavicro... Will be interesting to see how this helps people who are looking for a team...

As a team manager myself, I only look at people that are drifting in the same lobbies that I am in or a referral from one of my teammates. If you can impress me or any of my teammates - then we will contact you for a tryout. I tend to ignore posts of people looking for teams (no offense to anyone).

I want to see people in action! I want to see the demonstration of drift skills - tandem, throttle control, drift speeds, ability to hold a line, etc...

I'm pretty sure that all of the other team managers are looking for the same - we like to see people who have put in the time to learn how to drift because those are the people who will last in the long run - the people who love cars and love drifting/racing. We don't want "fly-by night" people who are into the game because they "just bought it" and are still in the infatuation phase... After all you are representing the team (that is if you make it onto a team)!

So that is just a bit of advice from a team manager to prospective drifters looking for a team... Good luck!

The free agent thread is helpful in announcing your availability and some teams are more open to recruiting than others.

You should re-read the comment that you quoted from me. It clearly states my thoughts on how to get recruited. If you are good enough (and a cool guy) you will get recognized by a team - eventually.
