That's probably Crouzon syndrome. We don't see hands and feet in detail so I couldn't tell you for sure since it could be about four other different syndromes. The hand we do see doesn't look fused, so yeah.

Anyway, his head like that: that's called Cloverleaf Skull. You know how babies have soft, malleable heads? Well, the sutures between bone plates on babies like this fuse together and ossify during development.

They break your skull open and are able to fix it. You ever see those babies with helmets on? There you go.
