There are a whole lot of crash videos from Russia. It shows that there are a lot of really dumb driver out there.

^That, or their law enforcement of the rules of the road aren't taken seriously/properly applied.

In this case, I think the driver was either asleep, intoxicated, or the car itself just went berserk much like the Toyota acceleration problems.

I've heard that a large % of the drivers have dash cams to prove they are not at fault for insurance reasons. So I guess they catch nearly eveything crazy.

Yeah almost all the videos are dashcam videos. Pretty nuts, driving in Russia.

I'm surprised it was barely spoken of here... thing is so viral it even got onto radio stations here despite the song being Korean rap.

The funny thing about the Gangnam Style is that Psy, the rapper, is mocking the snobbier wealthier class of people of the financial district called Gangnam. Those people just so happened to enjoy horseback riding which is why one of his dance moves look like he's horseback riding while twirling a lasso.
