The You Tube posting has people in the comments claiming to be members of the kids family saying he had been caught checking out his Christmas presents, so they switched the actual console with clothes, but gave it to him later.
I'm of the opinion that if that is true they should post up a pic or video of the kid with the XBox.
True or not that was extremely cruel, even as punishment. The moment he obviously looked crushed they should have realized their mistake and pulled it out and given him a lecture. Sitting there laughing at him as he begins to cry is just asking for him to be compared to the Menendez Brothers in ten years. At his trial he will show this video and the jury will let him go.

That story is funny for multiple reasons - one of which is that it's breaking news that children bury their action figures in sandboxes!!!! Another one of which is that... [beavis]heh... he said sand ninjas[/beavis].

Yeah, the guy acted as if he had never seen kids in a sandbox before.
I also found it funny that a professional broadcast station didn't know how to capture a You Tube video and instead filmed a computer monitor showing You Tube.
I mean, free Web sites can do that for you.
So, how long before parent groups start trying to ban sandboxes and/or Naruto?
