This tune, with only slight variations, is the one I use for the Escort. It currently sits at 17th on RSR out of 700+ drivers so far with a 1:43.394., only 0.6 behind third place, and holds position 1 through 6 at 7 other tracks. For Brands, I used a tall set of gears to set that time, I think it was the 249 km/h top speed setup, which gives you only 4 gears. Reason being, while being in the top rev range is important, it's even more important to be able to put your foot down and go with this car with some level of confidence that you're not going to spin up the rears and the taller gears let you do that easier, at least for me. That's using heel and toe shifting, if you use paddles it might be easier with the short gearbox, which I think tops out around 218 km/h at Brands. You have to be comfortable being sideways in this car to get anything out of it, just like the real car. Try tuning the LSD a little and see how it affects corner entry and exit to suit your liking.
