The GTP Rolex Sports Car Series S4! Polar And Mustard Champs!

It depends on your gearing. Sometimes you go a gear higher than you normally would to avoid wheelspin as well.

Generally chicanes are Gear 2 or Gear 3. I recommend Gear 2, so long as your gears aren't too short. Gear 1 bounces you off the limiter like a moron, while Gear 4 is near-suicidal. Only going to get away with G-4 somewhere like Bus Stop at Daytona, or Le Combes at Spa.

You know, you should be thinking about entry speeds rather than gears. I took gear indicator off because 99 times out of 100, I'd use a higher gear than it'd tell me to use.

Thanks for the tips guys 👍 I'll try it if I'm able to do some practice.

@ Storm, I was gonna figure out entry speed on my own.

When I finally turned suggested gear off, I felt free when driving. No more annoying blinking red number telling me what to do. I'M A FREE MAN! If I want to be in 2nd while I should be in 6th, who cares! I'm free to do whatever I want!

I just ignore the red gear number, that's why I asked for advice.

Anyway, how do you turn off the Red blinking gear number.

As you're on-track, pause then go to the options menu, there's a ticked box called "gear indicator". If you untick it, it takes the blinking gear light off. You can go into the options on the menu, but I turned it off there because its the easiest place to do it.

+1.
I deleted the rest of the quote because it was a little OTT....
