About the stage 3 turbo ticket, I have seen people obtain stage 5 turbo parts ticket being gifted. Is it through a hybrid tool or hex edit ?

Yeah I'm 99.999% sure it works on 2.14, what this new thing does is that the parts won't get reseted anymore. So if you make the car have turbo, the turbo stays there and will work. (I can test it in a min for you to be 100% sure).

Oh you mean that, but you can get stage 3 ticket ingame too. Just buy it from the shop but don't install it.
