The left headlight on the Audi R8 LMS Evo Gr.3 is not working completely in racing/replay but it's fine in garage.
Where can I report this and does Polyphony even care about such things?

Nope! There are still lots of oversights that they will never fix, such as many cars with the needle in the gauges being under the numbers and lines.
