Two highlights for me are corner workers with flags and using nothing more than cones to mark braking zones/turn entrance/apex/exit...these two things alone make this installment seem so much more grounded in reality (especially since knocked over cones persist in online races). I thought I'd miss the dynamic racing line, but not at all. And I wasn't sure I'd ever want to play a GT title online until I started getting into Sport Mode...
This easily feels like the most polished / solid GT game yet and, despite the lack of variety, I will soon pass the most hours / miles I have invested in any entry in the entire series due to how often I fire up the game (if only to get the daily driving marathon gift, usually via qualifying laps in Sport Mode - the rotation of daily events keeps things interesting even if the game lacks content compared to previous titles).
I also had no idea I would become so consumed with the Livery Editor. It's a great thing to use after racing since it helps calm me down. I've also taken full advantage of the decal uploader. I'm going to be very sad if we won't be able to move our creations forward into future installments of the game.
Still chasing my first Sport Mode victory...
