The meaning of Bob

I think I found the meaning of Bob. I have a chilly hilly 30 mile ride in a month and with all the rain & ice outside, indoor spinning is pretty much my only option.

Here are a couple tips while training with bob:

Try following your commands to Bob...speed up, maintain pace, etc. And use your BGM, crank the tunes, bring the game sound to 45-ish, let the levee break and visit kashmir at full db's.

1 1/2 hours and I went from a zero to a 4, and cooked dinner. Eat that WII fit!

Wow. I love this. I actually work at a gym (I'm at it right now!) and we always try to get video games that sync up with exercise. We have these super lame "game bikes" that are like hitting "X" when you pedal so you have to pedal to make the cars go, but they are fragile and awful and I hate them.

You've finally showed me something I'd do. I've wanted a spin bike for awhile now, but I don't have the cash or space (or the rush, I get a free membership and therefore many free spinning classes available to me already!), but man, I'd love to grind that Dream Car Championship for credits while on a spinning bike.

You better believe I'd go for the Pace Up/Down/Maintain too! Slow Bob makes a cadence nightmare! I suggest cranking the road up for Overtake, and then coast during pits (drink some water or stretch your arms).

I'm jealous of you.

This is literally the best idea/invention since the hot dog!

I really want to try this but there is not enough space for me to place my bike in front of my TV. I will definitely be trying this once I get the chance to.

Very nice! Especially crankin' up the Led Zeppelin.

What kind of spin attachment do you have, or recommend? I need to do that too.

I use a magnetic, don't remember the brand right now. I think hydro's were a little more coin, but this one gets the job done for sure, sometimes I think it could power the playstation, tv and amp if one could harness the energy, that would kep you going for sure. I don't think I would buy a wind resistance, but I know they work also, and lowest cost.

I quit the gym awhile ago, too many people, crappy music, etc etc. I just do P90x (I bought a spendy resistance band set that is very nice), run the dogs, and now Spin the Bob!

I need to go shopping. I'm not allowed to run anymore because of a back problem, so I've taken up bike riding for exercise. I've got a nice comfort bike, not fast but plenty of exercise. I need to bring it into the man cave and start spinning it in the winter.

I'd also likely give my Bobs a bit more exercise while doing that too!

Kudos for both the cycling and the Zeppelin. 👍
Although, I am getting tired of abusing Bob. I've hit level 30, and leaving the PS3 on seems like a waste.
