The Pivo was shown Friday at a Tokyo Nissan showroom and is an experimental model that probably won't go on sale for several years.

Well, it looks more like a golf cart than a car. Nissan just wanted to share one of their ideas for the future.

Now there a car to be laughed at for driving - you ain't getting none driving that!

What are they going to call it - the Nissan Billy-no-mates?

Ah well I can see it being fun altering it so you can spin it round 360 degrees whilst your 'flying' down the motorway at 40mph.

I wonder if one of the optional extras is a paper bag with 2 holes in it?

GO, GO, TOMAGO!

Aw, poop.... here I got all excited because I thought we were talking about the Nissan NX200.

Hiya! :D :embarrassed:  Meow! (='.'=)

I hope the next GTR won't look hideous like that Egg...But still, I have a feeling that the next GTR isn't going to look that good. :grumpy:

but it'll have a wirelessly pivoting cockpit.

You can't drive by cellular transmitters or radiostations without losing total control, though.

Electric throttles I can take. Electric steering... eh. Electric brakes... trust my life to them? Hell no.

Don't worry, then. They're gonna come out with the Toyota Skillet, and all the features and controls will be cast into one single piece.

With a 450-ish horsepower twin-turbo'd VQ, AWD, 4WS and chassis tuning by Lotus, it really won't have to look that good, will it? I mean, ideally it'll be an evolution of the G35 coupe's styling, but the styling doesn't necessarily have to be drop-dead gorgeous if it has numbers like that, imho. (just look at the new M5... :ill: )

That thing seriously looks like a golf cart.

How comical.

All of those spec mentioned already sounds good, but I just hope the next GTR won't look bad in my view when its revealed. I simply want it to look good! :embarrassed:
